Currently CEO of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia Quality Assurance Programs. He is a clinical scientist in chemical pathology, with management experience in public and private pathology laboratories and has a PhD in management and a PhD in pure mathematics. Dr Badrick has served as Chair of the Document Review and Liaison Committee of the National Pathology Accreditation Advisory Council for over ten years.

He is Adjunct Professor School of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, Griffith University, Honorary Associate Professor, National Centre for Epidemiology and Public Health ANU College of Health and Medicine and ANU College of Science, Honorary Associate Professor, Faculty of Medicine, Bond University, Gold Coast, Visiting Fellow, Australian Institute for Health Innovation, Macquarie University.

Helen Martin is a Consultant Clinical Scientist and Toxicologist at SA Pathology in Adelaide, Australia. Helen holds the Membership and Fellowship qualifications of the AACB, is an Associate of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia and has over 40 years’ experience in Clinical Biochemistry gained in both public hospital and private pathology laboratories. Throughout her career she has been actively engaged in supporting education and professional development for those practicing laboratory medicine though such roles as Secretary of the Asia-Pacific Federation for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine (APFCB); State Branch Chair, National Treasurer, President of the Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemists (AACB) and Member, Registrar and Chair of the AACB examination board. Helen is a frequent presenter to local, national and international meetings and has received wide recognition for her services to education.

Associate Professor Ronda Greaves is the Deputy Head of Biochemical Genetics, which incorporates the Victorian Newborn Screening Laboratory, at the Victorian Clinical Genetics Services in Melbourne Australia. She holds academic appointments with the University of Melbourne and RMIT University and is a Founding Fellow of the Faculty of Science (RCPA). Ronda’s training and continued interest is in ensuring the quality of paediatric clinical biochemistry results, and has been fortunate to receive training internationally at Sahlgrenska Hospital in Gothenburg, Sweden, the Children's Hospital (Kinderspital) in Zurich Switzerland, as well as working as a technical advisor at the National Hospital of Pediatrics in Hanoi Vietnam. This has underpinned her interest in the appropriate application of mass spectrometry assays and lean process management.

Ronda currently serves as:

1. AACB Vice President-Education & Training;
2. Secretary to the Emerging Technologies Division of the IFCC;
3. member JCTLM review teams for vitamins and non-peptide hormones; and
4. Associate Editor for “Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine”.

Doctor Graham Jones is a Chemical Pathologist at SydPath, St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney. He has obtained his medical degree and a BSc from the University of Sydney and a DPhil in Biochemistry from Oxford University. He also holds fellowships from the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) and the Australasian Association of Clinical Biochemists (FAACB) and is a conjoint Associate Professor at the University of New South Wales. He has been active in professional activities at national and international levels in the fields of traceability of laboratory results, external quality assurance, testing for kidney disease, diagnosis of diabetes, units for therapeutic drug monitoring, common reference intervals, and harmonisation of laboratory reporting.

Doctor Fernando San Gil is the CEO of the Australasian Association for Clinical Biochemistry and Laboratory Medicine. Fernando has a BSc from the Australian National University, and an MSc and PhD from the University of Wollongong. Fernando holds the Membership qualification of the AACB and is an Associate Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. He has worked in clinical biochemistry for over 40 years, in both public and private pathology. He has been involved in many activities at all levels of the profession during this time, including Chair of the Chemical Pathology Stream within NSW Health Pathology and Branch Education Representative within the AACB.

Lisa has been the Events Manager at AACB for the past 15 years, responsible for the overall project management of national events for the association. She has also been the event manager for the Human Genetics Society of Australasia’s Annual Scientific Conference for the last 7 years, and worked on events for the Australian Institute for Medical Science, Garvan Institute, Zero Childhood Cancer and HGSA Special Interest Groups. Lisa has extensive project management, marketing, sponsorship, logistics, stakeholder engagement and customer service experience developed over 20+ years. She prides herself on providing a high level of service to members and event delegates.
